Return policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
Note: We can only exchange products for specific reasons (color, size, model, etc.).
Is something wrong, or have you changed your mind?
You can exchange unworn, unaltered products within 14 days of delivery . Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns worldwide.
Register your return online by emailing service@fendo.ch , send us your order information and select the items you wish to exchange.
Once your return has been processed in our warehouse, we will exchange your order or send you a full refund with a Fendo voucher within 7-10 working days to the email address you used to make your purchase.
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of the purchase date . No cash payments , only exchanges or gift vouchers for accessories (ties, etc.). Promotional and discount vouchers are also excluded from exchanges.
Exchanged items will be sent to you within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. To proceed with a return/refund: Fill out the return form and simply return the products from your order to our headquarters and central warehouse.
Broadcast
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to return your products, this is only possible via an exchange; the return shipping costs are borne by our customer.
