Thank you for shopping at Fendo

Return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

Please use our return form.

Important: Online orders may be returned unworn and unaltered within 14 days of receiving the goods. We currently do not offer free returns; return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Register your return by emailing service@fendo.ch. Include your order details and the items you wish to return.

Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will either exchange the item or issue a Fendo gift voucher for the full merchandise value within 7–10 business days to the email address used for the purchase.

Cash refunds are not available. Returns are handled as an exchange or Fendo gift voucher. Promotional and discount vouchers are excluded from exchange.

Exchange items are dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. To arrange an exchange or store credit, complete the return form and send the products to our headquarters and central warehouse.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
