We cannot alter your online purchases before they are shipped. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend visiting one of our stores for personal alterations. If there isn't a Fendo store near you, a tailor you trust is the best alternative.

You can check the availability of items on our website. If you can't select your desired size from the size selection, it's currently unavailable. If you have specific questions about sizes and availability, please contact our customer service by email or phone. Fendo doesn't maintain waiting lists – when additional sizes become available, they appear immediately in our online shop.
Our products are covered by a warranty against defects. If you have forgotten your password, change it here and follow the "Forgot your password?" instructions. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email. If you continue to have problems accessing your account, please contact our customer service. Orders placed with Fendo in Switzerland are not subject to customs duties, as the products are shipped duty-free. However, customers in other countries are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes themselves.
