🔑 Getting started & know-how
As a franchise partner, you benefit from our comprehensive know-how, our many years of experience in the fashion industry, and Fendo's strong brand identity. A one-time entry fee is charged for the transfer of this knowledge.
🛠️ Shopfitting & Furnishings
The design and implementation of the store construction is carried out either by our central franchising team as a turnkey project or – after prior approval – by a partner company of your choice.
Our locations ideally have a minimum sales area of 250 m² and 100 m² of storage space. Setup costs vary depending on the location and size. Inventory is also planned individually, based on expected sales.
⚙️ System & Equipment
All Fendo stores use uniform, centrally controlled systems for inventory management and sales analysis. The store fixtures are standardized by Fendo to ensure a consistent brand image.
👥 Training & Support
From the moment you sign the contract, we will provide you with comprehensive support:
Our experienced team will be at your side during the opening, train your staff, and support you in day-to-day operations. Regular checks and operational support ensure the high quality of our brand.
In addition, you will receive suggestions and support for local marketing measures.
📈 Profitability & Efficiency
Profitability varies depending on the product category, but Fendo as a manufacturer guarantees an attractive price advantage for its partners – while maintaining consistently high quality.
We place great importance on opening new locations in high-traffic areas. Locations with low foot traffic or no economic potential are not an option.
✅ Requirements for a Fendo franchise
• The branch should be located in an economically strong area – preferably in city centers, high-traffic locations or established shopping centers.
• The franchisees (or a trained trusted person) must actively participate in the day-to-day operations.
• Comprehensive training is mandatory for all operators.
