DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that weekends and public holidays are added to this delivery time. As soon as your order leaves our logistics center, you will be notified by email and receive a track & Trace Code, with which you can query the current status of your shipment at any time. Orders from fendo.ch are delivered by Swiss Post and sent by PostPac Priority. As a Fendo.ch Swiss customer, you benefit from free delivery. For orders without a registered customer profile (guest orders), we charge a delivery fee of CHF 9.00 per order.

RETURNS

The item you ordered does not fit? No problem! Ordered items can be returned within 14 days to a Fendo.ch or branch of your choice or in the original packaging to the address below. Please use the return sticker enclosed with each delivery for the return. The costs for a return by post are at the expense of the customer.

Is something wrong or have you changed your mind?

Inform your return online to our email address service@fendo.ch, send us your order details and select the items you want to exchange. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will process your exchange of your order or send you the full purchase price with the Fendo gift card within 3-5 working days via the email you used for your purchase.

Exchange items are changed within 3.5 business days of receipt? You can exchange unworn, unaltered exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns worldwide.
