Returns and Refunds

At Fendo, we do our best to ensure that the purchased item reaches you in the best possible condition. However, you can return the item after purchase for any reason.

We have considered the option for you to return the product easily within 14 days of receiving it.

1. The original packaging of the product and any related items should be in the same condition as when it was delivered. It should not be damaged, and no additional labels should be attached.

2. All returned products must be in their original condition, with the box. The product must be labeled with FENDO on the box, and the order number or return request number must be provided.

3. In the case of using a discount code at the time of purchase, from a legal standpoint, the discount code cannot be reused. In the event of a return, only the original amount paid for the returned items will be refunded.

4. The products must be in their original condition. There should be no signs of use (such as stains, fading, or body odor), and the brand label, button, and other accessories should not be removed.

5. Gift cards cannot be returned.
