fendo.ch offers worldwide shipping with Tnt, Fedex!, DHL. Delivery times vary from country to country. You can see the total delivery time for our various services when you enter your address at checkout. We always pack your order the same day or the day after you place your order (working days only). Please note that there may be slight delays in delivery times during peak periods.

Shipping notification
We will send a delivery notification to your specified email address as soon as your order has been received by our warehouse (no later than 3-5 business days after you place your order). If you have not received a delivery notification 5 business days after placing your order, please double check that it has not ended up in your trash. If not, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.

Change the delivery address
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you entered an incorrect delivery address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that we will have time to make your desired adjustments, but we will help you as best we can. We ask that you always verify the address before completing your order.

Where is my order?
