Return policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
Note: We can only exchange products for specific reasons (color, size, model…).
You can exchange unworn, unaltered products within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns worldwide. Please register your return online by emailing us at [email protected], providing your order details, and selecting the items you wish to exchange. Once your return is processed in our warehouse, we will either exchange your order or send you the full purchase price with a Fendo gift card within 7–10 business days to the email address used for your purchase.
Exchanges are possible within 14 days from the purchase date. No cash refunds, only exchanges or gift vouchers (such as ties, etc.). Promotional and discount vouchers are also excluded from exchanges.
Exchange items will be sent to you within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. To proceed with a return/refund, simply fill out the return form and send the products from your order back to our headquarters and central warehouse.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to return your products, this can only be done through an exchange, and the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
