Yes, you can use our physical and electronic gift cards as a payment method for your online orders and in our stores.
Does Fendo sell gift cards?
Yes, the digital gift card is available at Fendo, and you can use it on the website or in Fendo stores.
Additionally, gift cards do not have an expiration date.

Custom Tailoring
Does Fendo offer alterations for online purchases or online orders for custom tailoring?
We cannot modify your online purchases before shipping. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend visiting one of our stores for personal alterations. If there is no Fendo store near you, a tailor of your choice is the best alternative.

How can I know if an item is in stock?
You can see on our website if items are in stock. If you cannot select your desired size in the size selection, it is currently unavailable. If you have specific questions about sizes and availability, please contact our customer service by email or phone. Fendo does not maintain waiting lists—if additional sizes become available, they will appear immediately in our webshop.
What about the warranty of my ordered products?

For orders from Fendo in Switzerland, no customs duties apply as the products are shipped duty-free. However, customers in other countries are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes.
